Dahlias & Daisies full-service wedding & event design is the whole package, ensuring beginning to end attention to detail and day-of execution of all creative gardenscape designs. Our team will be on-site to build your custom designs, do on-site styling flower installations, and wedding arches, and delivery of all components including personals, centerpieces, small floral detailing to ensure your event flowers are fresh and unique to you. We will not leave until all flowers are in their proper position and everything flower-related has been handled for you.

Where do we start?
Please start by filling out this form to let us know your event date and some basic details. If your date is available, we will reach out and send over our intake form. You should hear back from us within 24 to 48 business hours.
What is your pricing structure?
Our pricing is customized based on the scope of your wedding florals. Most clients spend between $3,000–$12,000 on full-service weddings, but we can tailor packages to every budget. If you don't meet our minimum for full service, we also offer a la carte options. Don’t worry, we are known to make an impact at any price point.
Will we receive a proposal to better understand designs and pricing?
Yes! After our initial consultation, we will send a storyboard and detailed proposal highlighting unique floral designs custom-created just for you and all pricing will be clear and concise for your understanding.
Do you have a portfolio or gallery of your past work?
Yes! You can view our portfolio on our website or Instagram page, which showcases a variety of weddings we've designed for.
Where do you source your flowers?
We source our flowers from a variety of different vendors. Over the years we form relationships with wholesalers and farms that we trust. We like to buy local and sustainably farmed flowers whenever possible. Where we get flowers from depends on the kinds of flowers, seasonal availability, and other factors. We also have vendors that work with us specifically for desition weddings. Regardless of when or where, we will have your flowers covered.
Can you work within my color scheme and wedding theme?
Absolutely. We specialize in creating floral designs that complement your wedding colors and theme, from classic to modern to whimsical and everything in between.
Do you require exclusivity?
Yes, our full-Service floral package requires that Dahlias & Daisies is the exclusive floral design team for your event to eliminate any confusion for other vendors and to ensure that your floral designs remain fully in line with your overall flower vision. Otherwise, we can discuss a la carte options that are not subject to the same requirement.
What’s included in your services (setup, breakdown, delivery)?
Our typical package includes delivery and setup at your venue, but we offer a full service option including room flips and breakdown after the event. We handle everything so you can enjoy your day.
Can you work with my venue’s guidelines?
Yes, we’ve worked with many venues and are familiar with their policies. If your venue has specific guidelines, we can adjust accordingly. We also have the proper liability policies required for most venues.
How do you handle substitutions if a flower is unavailable?
If a specific flower is unavailable, we’ll make a substitution for a similar alternative that fits your style and color palette. We do not guarantee flower types because we work with a living product and there are many variables to contend with. Our clients trust us to make the best decisions to get them to the wedding of their dreams.
What is your deposit and payment policy?
We require a 20% deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 45 days before the wedding and must be made prior to any services being performed. The deposit is nonrefundable. At a minimum, the 20% retainer fee fairly compensates us for turning down other potential projects/clients. The remaining balance is due 45 days before your event. Your flowers will not be ordered until the final payment is made. If payment is made late, we cannot guarantee the availability of your flowers.
Can you create custom designs or work with special requests?
Yes, we love working on custom designs. Its actually our specialty! Whether it's a specific flower or a unique concept, we’ll collaborate with you to bring your vision to life.
How far in advance do we need to finalize all the details?
All details need to be finalized before the final payment is made. This is when flowers are ordered. After that point, we can't guarantee that we will be able to get the product necessary to accommodate requests. If we have the product or it can be ordered, we will do what we can to accommodate last-minute requests.
What’s your process for collaborating with other vendors (planner, photographer, etc.)?
We love working with all types of vendors! Our goal is to make your day as seamless as possible. We will work in tandem with your other vendors and liaise as much as needed with your wedding planner to make sure your day goes smoothly!
